What to include

• The email address you used at checkout — this is how orders are looked up.
• Your order or receipt number, if you have it.
• The product and version involved.
• For a technical problem: your operating system, what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot of any error message helps more than a description of it.

Response times

We aim to reply to every email within two business days. NOIZE-LABS is a small independent operation, not a call centre — if it takes slightly longer, your message has not been lost.

Billing, refunds and cancellations

Refund eligibility is set out in our Terms of Service. To request one, email support with your order number and the reason. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute can.

Charges from this site appear on your statement as SCRILLANOIZE. If you do not recognise a charge under that name, that is why — NOIZE-LABS is a trade name of SCRILLANOIZE LLC.

Beat licences

Beats are licensed by OneDeep LLC under a Music License Agreement, separately from creative services. For anything about a beat licence — which tier you bought, what you are allowed to do with it, re-sending your files — quote your contract reference and the track title.

If you bought a beat and commissioned work in the same order, you have two agreements with two companies. Say which one your question is about and it gets to the right place first time.

DJ services

Bookings and label administration are handled by NO FACE LLC and are not handled through this address.

Reporting a security issue

If you have found a security vulnerability, email [email protected] with the details and how to reproduce it. Please give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it before disclosing it publicly. We will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith.
